For many patients, an in-person office visit is not currently required to begin testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) through telehealth in Florida, provided all applicable state and federal requirements are met.
At Blackline Performance Health, I provide personalized telehealth TRT care for eligible patients throughout Florida.
Yes. Under current telehealth regulations, eligible patients may be evaluated through a secure telehealth consultation. I review your symptoms, medical history, medications, health goals, and laboratory results to determine whether testosterone replacement therapy is medically appropriate.
If treatment is indicated and prescribing requirements are satisfied, testosterone may be prescribed without requiring you to routinely travel to a physical clinic.
TRT still requires appropriate laboratory testing and medical monitoring. I use lab results to evaluate your hormone levels and other important health markers before and during treatment.
Your ongoing care can then be managed through telehealth consultations, laboratory monitoring, and individualized treatment adjustments.
My telehealth model is designed for patients who want convenient access to personalized TRT without unnecessary office visits.
Rather than using a one-size-fits-all protocol, I personally evaluate each patient, develop an individualized treatment plan, monitor laboratory results, and make adjustments based on response to therapy.
