Patient Guide
At Blackline Performance Health, I make the prescription process as convenient as possible for my telehealth patients. When treatment is medically appropriate, I coordinate your prescription with one of my pharmacy partners and have your medication delivered directly to your home.
I personally review your medical history, symptoms, laboratory results, and treatment goals. If prescription therapy is appropriate, I develop an individualized treatment plan based on your specific needs.
I primarily work with Highlanddale Pharmacy and The Active Pharm for prescription fulfillment. I select the appropriate pharmacy based on the medication and treatment being prescribed.
The pharmacy processes and prepares your prescribed medication according to the prescription I provide. This eliminates the need to take a paper prescription to a local pharmacy.
Once your prescription has been processed, your medication is shipped directly to your home, allowing your treatment to fit conveniently into the telehealth model.
