Patient Guide
Yes. Testosterone replacement therapy can be legitimately and responsibly managed through telehealth.
The fact that your appointment takes place online does not determine the quality of your TRT care. What matters is the medical provider evaluating you, the quality of that evaluation, and how your treatment is managed over time.
That is exactly why I created Blackline Performance Health.
I wanted to provide the convenience of online TRT without turning men's health into assembly-line medicine.
Telehealth has made testosterone therapy more accessible than ever. I believe that's a good thing.
But not every online TRT experience is the same.
Some high-volume clinics rely heavily on standardized protocols, brief consultations, and treatment models designed to manage large numbers of patients.
That isn't how I practice.
When you become my patient at Blackline Performance Health, I personally evaluate you, review your laboratory results, develop your treatment strategy, monitor your progress, and make adjustments when appropriate.
There isn't another provider handing you off to someone else.
You're working directly with me.
I don't believe successful testosterone therapy is about simply getting your testosterone level as high as possible.
I look at the complete picture—including your symptoms, medical history, laboratory findings, body composition, sexual health, fertility considerations, performance goals, response to treatment, and overall health.
When appropriate, laboratory evaluation may include markers beyond total testosterone, such as free testosterone, estradiol, SHBG, hematocrit, PSA, metabolic markers, lipids, thyroid function, and other clinically relevant testing.
Then I use that information to determine what actually makes sense for you.
I don't treat a testosterone number. I treat the person attached to it.
My practice is intentionally different from the high-volume online clinic model.
I provide the accessibility and convenience of telehealth while keeping the provider-patient relationship personal.
With Blackline Performance Health:
• You work directly with me.
• I personally review your labs and treatment response.
• I individualize your TRT protocol rather than automatically using the same approach for everyone.
• I consider sexual health, body composition, performance, fertility, and overall health—not just testosterone levels.
• I explain why I am recommending a treatment instead of simply writing a prescription.
• I continue monitoring and adjusting treatment when clinically appropriate.
My goal isn't to get as many men as possible onto testosterone.
My goal is to determine what will help you perform, feel, and function at your best—and manage that treatment responsibly.
Online TRT is legitimate when it is practiced as medicine.
At Blackline Performance Health, telehealth gives me the ability to provide specialized men's health care conveniently without sacrificing the individualized attention I believe TRT requires.
If you're looking for more than a prescription—and want your hormone optimization managed directly by a provider who understands men's health, performance, body composition, and sexual health—I built Blackline Performance Health for exactly that reason.
Schedule your initial consultation with me.
I'll review your symptoms, goals, medical history, and laboratory findings and determine whether testosterone replacement therapy—or another approach—is appropriate for you.
No assembly line. No cookie-cutter protocol. Just individualized care.
