At Blackline Performance Health, I believe testosterone replacement therapy pricing should be straightforward and transparent. Your initial laboratory testing, ongoing laboratory monitoring, and continued medical management are included in the cost of care.
Your first appointment is a comprehensive one-on-one telehealth consultation with me for $200.
During this visit, I review your symptoms, medical history, treatment goals, and whether testosterone replacement therapy may be appropriate for you.
Your initial laboratory testing is included in the $200 consultation fee, so there is no separate charge for your initial labs.
After your initial consultation, ongoing care through Blackline Performance Health is $100 per month.
Your monthly membership includes:
• Ongoing medical management
• Follow-up laboratory testing
• Review of your laboratory results
• Treatment adjustments when appropriate
• Continued access to me for questions regarding your treatment
There are no additional charges for routine follow-up laboratory testing included as part of your ongoing TRT management.
Prescription medications are billed separately from the monthly membership. Medication costs vary depending on the medication, dosage, pharmacy, and individualized treatment protocol prescribed.
