HSA and FSA funds can generally be used for qualified medical expenses related to the diagnosis and treatment of a medical condition.
For eligible patients, this may include expenses associated with testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), hormone evaluation, laboratory testing, medical consultations, and prescribed medications when they meet the requirements for qualified medical care.

Medical weight loss treatment may also qualify for HSA or FSA funds when it is being used to treat a diagnosed medical condition, such as obesity, hypertension, diabetes, or another qualifying condition.
